- In the event that an item is out of stock or
mis-priced then we will refund the total amount of money to you

Shipping
Shipping in the UK is by First Class recorded Royal
Mail Post. The packing and shipping charges are as follows: -
- up to 100 Grams - £2.34
- up to 250 Grams - £2.65
- up to 500 Grams - £3.14
- up to 750 Grams - £3.71
- up to a Kilo - £4.78
- up to 1.25 KG - £6.00
- up to 1.5 KG - £6.70
- up to 1.75 KG - £7.40
- up to 2KG = £8.10
- For every additional 2 KG or part thereof £2.80 will be added.
Shipping to Europe - will be by International Signed For and will
be charged thus:-
- up to 100 Grams - £5.24
- up to 260 Grams - £6.28
- up to 500 Grams - £8.10
- up to760 Grams - £9.41
- up to 1 Kilo - £10.75
- For every 20 Grams above a Kilo £0.10 will be added.
Shipping to the rest of the World will be by Internationally Signed
For Air Mail
- up to 100 Grams - £5.75
- up to 260 Grams - £7.43
- up to 500 Grams - £10.57
- up to760 Grams - £13.17
- up to 1 Kilo - £15.57
- For every 20 Grams above a Kilo £0.20 will be added.
Payment Details
Prices are shown in UK Sterling on the site as well as American Dollars and Euros. You will be charged in UK Sterling and postage and packing will be added when you go to checkout. Postage and packing will be added before you pay for the items so you can see what the total amount is before you commit to purchase.

Paypal, Worldpay and Cheque's.
If you are not totally delighted with your purchase
- email designertoystore to let us know and send the package back within 7 days of receiving it. We will
then refund the cost of the purchase in the same form of payment by which you originally purchased it (i.e.if you paid by cheque we will send you a cheque back). We will only refund the postage back to you if we have made a mistake, ie sent out the wrong product and will not refund the postage if we have sent out what you have ordered.
Please note that until we receive the parcel back it is your responsibility so we would suggest recorded postage. The refund will be processed within 5 days of receiving the prioduct back.
Whilst we package everything carefully for postage occasionally accidents can happen. If you receive a product which has been damaged please contact us either by email or by phone

we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Your privacy is very importasnt to us. Your email address is used soley by DesignerToyStore to let
you know of new items and promotions. Your email address will
NEVER be given to a third party. If you do not want to receive
any emails from DesignerToyStore please
return the email stating - No thanks and your email address
will come straight off the mailing list. Personal information
used to make payment of goods from DesignerToyStore is entered
through a secure https: server either through WorldPay, Paypal
or Nochex thus we do not have any of your credit card details.
- Emails will normally be answered within 24 hours
Monday to Friday
- If you pay by paypal or Credit Card or then your item
will be packed and shipped normally 48 hours later Monday to Friday. In the UK you can expect to receive it, realistically, within 4 days of placing the order - however often it will arrive quicker.
- When you purchase goods from Designer Toy Store
your details will be added to our mailing list. If you do not
want to receive emails than please return the email stating -
No thanks and your email address will come straight off the mailing
list. Your details - will never be given to an outside party. We are registered with the Data Protection Register and conform to the Data Protection Act.
